Mnr Jacques Pienaar. Truly a remarkable person indeed. He was the validations assessor on my claim. A little over two weeks ago, I was in a horrific car crash in which my absolute pride and joy was destroyed. It was beyond painful, but I'm grateful that he was assigned to this case. He is very thorough and professional, but he constantly checked up on me and I truly appreciate that. Someone I can definitely look up to. Thank you for making this a lil more bearable.
