I needed help from Miway to deduct my missed premium. I got a lovely consultant named Mpho :) Who was very helpful and lovely to speak with. He sorted out my request in no time , I asked a few questions and he was happy to clarify with detail. An awesome person to deal with over the phone, rsa needs more understanding-patient people like him :)
