Superb Service/ service excellance

So I wasnt very happy when I called this morning because miway debited me for a vehicle that I didnt have so i called in very upset and i had the pleasure of speaking to Nox who attended to me very nicely she made me see the light at the end of the tunnel , She was professional in her approach, kind and a very pleasand voice at the end of the line . She is a service star I know that is very rare in miway but she restored my confidence in miway.
