Superb service

Lorraine Cindi from Miway was simply remarkable with respect to her service when she called me.<br> It is a long tedious process for a client to call insurance companies to under write a policy or enquire about an add on, but Lorraine really made the process painless and very gratifying. She was not only courteous and professional, she also had a great knowledge of the product and offerings and was quick with capturing all the data. She also called me after hours at my request, thereby staying a lot longer than her usual business hours which I am very grateful for. She is an outstanding call centre agent and it was a pleasure to talk to her.
