Superb service

I wanted to know about the policy I have with miway and I got hold of Mr. Andrew Kekana, He gave me a good service as he explained to me what the policy entails. He is well spoken, friendly and he knows how to make and keep the customer happy. When I spoke to the agent and after going thru the process I was informed of a fee of R395.00 which had to be paid before I could be granted any form of service from them. I declined because I felt it was not right that I had to pay a fee upfront and disconnected the call. I had a invite from them again for a loan and after going thru the process again I decided that I did not want to proceed. I then had an amount of R109.99 taken from my bank account, \an upfront fee\"" of which I was clearly not aware of. When I queried this I was informed of their terms and conditions which was given to me which is not the truth.
