Superb service
Zandile Mfuphi was awesome in loging my claim and even though I was in shock as I had just experienced my beloved volvo almost burn, she was calm, efficient, and managed to get all the details needed from me without causing any quarrels. Without a hassle she organised breakdown services and to top it all up was when she called to check if the car was towed away and If I arrived home safely. For me that made me realise that miway is indeed an insurance company that cares for the safety and wellbeing of their clients.
She indeed helped me to do things miway. Thank you. Love Bonga
