Superb, friendly service

I used the web chat for the first time today to enquire about the MiRewards on my account. Carol Madalane was both friendly and efficient. She also took the trouble to make an enquiry to her supervisor without my asking her to do so and came back with good news for me. This type of initiative is, in my experience, rare in a call centre environment and I comment Carol for this. I certainly hope she is on the radar of management for greater things in the company.
