Superb Customer service

As I was anticipating to cancel my policy with MIWAY - INSURANCE due to an increase on my premium. Buhle Nkuna - the senior miway representative from retentions department. Gladly say she's a life saver after attending to my query regardingthe same as mentioned above "monthly premiums"

I must say that it was a pleasure doing business with Buhle Nkuna - more especially shes a very good listener; meaning she gave me the opportunity and the time to explain the reason why I requested the call.

She also explained very well - making me understanding various factors as to why premiums increases when policy is due for review etc.

May i please request this platform to pass this report to MIWAY and Buhle Nkuna that I said Thank you very for the help. Much appreciated.

If miway can assist me then why bother myself about cancelling my policy ?
