SUPERB BEYOND the service received
I received my renewal for my insurance via email and was not happy send through an email to Anthony Bafatakis who always assist me in a friendly manner and always makes sure I am fine from myside I was referred to Karen who could not assist and said she will investigate and come back to me yesterday April 08 2015 a gentleman called CALVIN PIENAAR phoned me very friendly and out for good customer service he helped me beyond reducing my premium and access to the amount that suited me the way I was treated by him was mindblowing I can say that after 4 years of truly being a loyal client to Mi-way you guys almost almost lost me yesterday for good but ... thanks to people like CALVIN I am staying he truly made my experience with Mi-way worth while and made me think Mi-way do care for the clients Go Calvin hope that other clients will also be blown away by your good customer service !!.
