Super Service Ronald Nkotsi

I was in a rural area in Queenstown and locked my car key in the boot. I called Miway and requested they call me back as I was low on airtime. Ronald Nkotsi called back immediately. What a gentleman. He assisted me patiently and his tone put me at ease. He advised of the turn around and was consistently calling back to check if I was assisted. To think the people I was with were suggesting breaking a window to retrieve the key. The key was retrieved with no damage to my car as well as my budget. Thank you guys.
