Super Service from Miway

I had an excellent interaction with 2 amazing employees at Miway. Samu Zulu and Puleng Leqoalane. These ladies are true professionals and they just made my day. Samu literally made my jaw drop with a revised premium. I could hear how excited she was when she quoted me. Now that's passion. I was extremely impressed with her. She shared the excitement with me and that's truely great customer service. Well done Samu on being down to earth and working on a human level. Puleng has the efficiency that we all look for in service. I called in to make another change on my policy and there seemed to be an issue with making the change. When we hear that things will be reffered the first thing we think is how we will have to call back because nobody will call me back but in the space of 2 hours my request was resolved. I missed her call but I received an email and sms and the new policy documents were also sent to me and everything was in order. That's fast and efficient service. Well done ladies and keep shining.
