I was stuck yesterday, due to a flat battery. I was swiftly assisted by Ntokozo Sibeko.. I nearly had a heart attack when he told me that system could not pick up my policy; he remained calm and patient. Only to find that I did not specify the actual cover! I will always rely on the efficient service.. Big ups to the Team!
