In the absence of my usual senior advisor Buhle Gumede (Nkuna) who was on maternity, I had such a great experience with another super senior advisor Lesedi Motlhabane who assisted me with my car insurance premiums . She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and really took the time to explain the different product options available. What stood out most was her patience and professionalism and her attentiveness, especially when I interrupted her during her script reading to ask a few questions about the policy.
