Super fast, helpful service!
So when trying to apply for a payment holiday today and having to send through my roof of cover letter from the insurance I have realised that I unintentionally neglected to update my residential address when I have moved at the beginning of the month. In a panic I tried the chat service on the Miway app to see if it could be updated this way. To my surprise, in about half an hour I now have an updated cover letter WITH my new address AND a lower premium! Thanks to Nokwazi Mdluli! Thank you!
