Wwwooooowww doesnt begin to express my gratitude to Mi Way Insurance Consultant Zandile Mfuphi during my traumatising ordeal of having a car stuck in the middle of nowhere. Her aura in calming me down and ensuring that I am safe. Courtesy calls every 3min to ensure if tow truck arrived and her constant updates and feedback is tremendous. This lady was God sent and if I was her line manager she would get more than average on that performance assesment. Thanks a million my car was towed safe to the Repair Centre and what gets more interstibg is how she does follow ups to check the state of my vehicle.
