Super Customer Service Agent- BHEKI SEBEGOE Roadside Assistance- I had to get a two truck to collect my car and take iot to Tyger Wheel and Tyre to replace my tyres due to a tyre burst. I was a stressful situation but the agent called me literally every 30 minutes to follow up did the tow truck arrive and is everything on track and am I apply with the service and do I need anything else. He called up until my car was done at Tyger Wheel and Tyre, this service was just on a very high level. I have been with MiWay for over 7 years and I'm not going anywhere. Keep up the good service guys!!
