Super Assistance
Tried, unsuccessfully, to obtain confirmation of cover from MiWay. <br> <br> Phoned again this morning and got through to a consultant, Michael, almost immediately. <br> <br> Michael:<br> -Sent it from the system and stayed on the line to see if it went through.<br> -No luck, so he tried again, with an alternative email address. <br> -No luck, so he saved the document and sent it to both addresses.<br> -Attachment did not go through, so he tried again.<br> -Bingo!<br> <br> Michael, I thank you for your time and patience, this process took 20 minutes and you never showed any frustration. <br> <br> When we finally got it sorted, you asked:\Happiness"?<br> Yes Michael"
