Super Active representative!!!!!

My most recent policy update resulted to a failed debit order. I simply asked Siphiwe Mkhize to update my bank details, he went on to fault finding, give reason of the occurence, communicated the next step and assured me feedback as he will monitor my policy until my next debit :) we need more guys like him.
