Sue MyWay Insurance for Deformation of Character and False accusations

Good Day I'm experiencing a problem with MiWay Insurance case number : C967253 on the 27th May 2018 I was in the quantum taxi from work . The taxi bumped in the black Audi no one was injured as the taxi driver was arguing with the Audi driver we as passenger requested that to the driver to get us the other taxi there is no use of us remaining in the scene as there is no injury . The Audi driver request that I give him my cellphone number to assist for his insurance witness . On the 07 Nov 2018 I received the Letter of demand from the MiWay Insurance saying I bumped into the car on the date of accident that I must pay the amount of R 41 342.96 and the lady from the insurance also called saying that is the statement the had from their client in the letter of demand they used my information . Im freaking out how did the insurance get my information and use it for false accusations and this is a deformation of character I need justice regarding this matter .
