Such incompetency

<p>I have never experienced such incompetency in my life and worst of all from a company that I had faith in over the years. I had a car accident last week Wednesday and my car was towed to Proline - I then submitted all the required details by Friday. Monday morning I was informed by the claim assessor by the name of GALO she advised that she is getting authorisation for my car to be moved from Proline to the desired panel beater. It's 14:21 01 June and I cant locate my vehicle. Nobody from Miway has called to advise me about the where abouts of my car, I call and I speak to different people everyday but nobody seems to know what is happening with my car. I have wasted my airtime energy time and my patience is exhausted. I need someone anyone for that matter within Miway to sort this out because I am NOT happy. Such awful service. I want to know where my car is. I am highly disappointed because I always speak so highly of this company. If I dont get a response which is favourable I will take this mattter higher to Rene Otto</p>
