Such a smooth and professional experience. My parents had borrowed my car and unfortunately they hit a pothole and the tyre was damaged. It was dark and in the middle of a remote area so they were struggling. I went on emergency assist on the app, they called me immediately and my parents were assisted within an hour. I was really impressed by the swift response and the constant communication.
