Such a Pity

I, have up until having to claim, had pretty good service. However you are dropping the ball big time. Seems like you have such a good rating for the minor things but for the big issues, goodness its a joke. I just want some feedback on what is happening with my case. I reserve the right to post a full report once my car is fixed.
