Successful Reduction

Kearabetswe Kekana, a miway insurance consultant really made my day. I called in miway on the 12th of this month March to ask for a policy premium reduction and I assisted by a gentleman who I regard as rude and unprofessional as he told me that I had to wait for 3years before I qualify for a reduction. I called in again on the same day and I talked to another consultant by the name of Thabang who told me he will call me on Monday 18 March around 8am in morning , which is today and he never called up until I called Miway at 11:49 today. My frustration was that I received an email of my vehicle policy review which was sent on the 15th of March and the premiums were increased from R854.71 to R1 005.02. How can my premiums go up while I asked for reduction?
