Stucking on the road

I expected to wait when i called the 086 number for my insurance assistance but to my surprise the call was answered on one ring., witjout even giving them my policy number or my id. They already knew that it was me because of my cellphone number 😄I was so desperate stuck on the public road . Myway gladly assisted me. Within 10 minutes, my car was sorted out. It felt like i was never interrupted I was so pleased and proud to be the Myway member. Thumbs up my way Team👏👏
