Struggling to cancel policy
Struggling to cancel my policy. Tried to do so telephonically, but I got transferred to another consultant for some reason, and the call just rings on, waited for over 5 minutes before call got dropped. Really poor feedback. Sent an email and a message from the website, no response yet. Shouldn't be so difficult to cancel a short term insurance policy.
