Struggling to cancel policy.
It has been more than a week since i cancelled my insurance policy and I have still not heard from Miway.
My policy was cancelled at the beginning of the new month. I received a call from Ernest (Retentions Department) as per the SMS notification after receiving a call only for the call to be disconnected. I have not been contacted since.
I simply want to cancel my policy, why is this so difficult?
If I am billed due to this level of service I wont be a happy camper and I wont consider purchasing any policies through Miway in future.
