Struggling to cancel my Miway insurance policy

I am struggling to cancel my vehicle insurance with Miway. It was canceled initially by my previous broker. I stand by the decision to cancel as is my right.

Miway has now handed me to a department that tries to retain my business which I do not want. I don't owe you an explanation for my cancelation as this is my money being spent.

Yesterday I received more documents revising a policy I do not want.

I will continue reversing the payments till you realise I no longer want to do business with you.

It's amazing how I need to come onto a platform that you so proudly advertise when hooking a client to now badmouth you for your inefficiency.
