Struggling to cancel insurance

<p>I had spent more than 30 minutes attempting to cancel my insurance. Spoke to 3 consultants and still my insurance was not cancelled. The second consultant was not only rude but did listen to my rational about not wanting to provide additional information (in premium quoted). As a customer with the right to cancel my insurance as and when I please, I have never been frustrating. I would not wish for the debit order to go off in 2 weeks time due to an insurance company not abiding my instructions as a consumer. </p> <p>Regards </p> <p>Mpho </p>
