Struggle with Miway Insurance

I am greatful to platform like Hallopeter,

As I still have an issue with Miway Insurance, they emphisized that it will be impossible for them to help me with extension of rental vehicle again. But after posting here on the 13th of August 2019, they were able to organise the rental Car on the 14th of August. Wow, HalloPeter.

I believe Miway Insurance hired the vehicle because I shared my story here but not to help me with the struggle of transporting my kids to school. They hired the vehicle for 8days and will have to take it back tomorrow the 22nd of August on the same day of delivery of the parts as per the e-mail sent to Miway by Panel beaters. Panel beaters made it clear to Miwai that they will require more time to fix the vehicle thefore require more time too for rental car. So i am back to square one, my problem is still not resolved.

Regardless of what is said by panel beaters,Miway has terminated the rental contract on the 22nd of August anyway.

Once again, Thank you Hallo Peter. Atleast other poeple must see the struggle I face with Miway Insurance. I will not struggle SILENTLY, that i will make sure it does not happen.
