Strongly advise against: Disappointing service

I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE AGAINST TAKING OUT A MIWAY VEHICLE INSURANCE POLICY.

After having been a loyal MiWay client for about 5 years, I was extremely disappointed with how my flood-related claim was handled. Despite paying premiums and the excess, my car wasn’t fixed properly.

I am currently redoing a lot of the repairs, which means double the costs for me.

I called more than 6 times to cancel my policy and they kept delaying the process and making excuses, just so they could keep debiting my account.
