Stress free Claim & Repair Process and amazing claims handler Jeannine Fourie

Jeaninne Fourie was my claims handler and she did a amazing job ensuring everything was up to scratch and that everything was delivered on time.

She even managed to secure me a extra day car hire over my policy car hire so I could collect my car the Monday and have transport on the weekend.

Very impressed with MiWay’s ease of claim system and how everything is digital and remote. The stage of repair can be tracked at any time. The claims system really reduces the stress you go through to claim as accidents are never ideal and always cause a major inconvenience but MiWay actually managed to make it stress free and gave me piece of mind knowing everything would be fine.
