Stranded in the middle of nowhere! Waited 3 hours for Roadside Assistance! SERIOUSLY???

<p>Dear MiWay</p> <p> </p> <p>So like my car had a mechanical breakdown. I contacted my insurance to come help me tow my car from where I was. I called MiWay around 5.30pm when I got stuck. I spoke to a lady that said she will call be back in a few. 6pm no call still. I called them back and apparently their office hours had closed - i got put through to the emergency line and was assisted by a friendly guy named Ntokozo however we had a terrible line still. He promised to call me back and he did around 7pm of which my claim was lodged. Roadside Assistance took so long to arrove that my car was only towed from the street at 9pm. Seriously? I really shouldnt have to wait that long to get help. But nonetheless please deploy more guys for roadside assist as this hours of waiting game aint on. </p>
