Stop pestering people with uncalled for sale calls!

Despite my clear and unequivocal request to be removed from their data base, MiWay 1) pretended to conduct a lifestyle survey, but used it only as guise for selling an insurance product; 2) called again a week later to continue the sales talk in spite of my clear instructions not to do so. I hope this gets them to STOP!
