STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT AND PAY MY BANK CHARGES

I cancelled MIWAY insurance in April after they couldn't assist me with road assistance.I sent an email but yet they are still debiting my account not sure for what because i dnt have any relationship with them ,they are messing my payment profile and unnecessary bank charges/reversal charges.please refrain from debiting my account for heaven sake ..n pay for those charges.im tired of you guys
