Good Morning

Spoke to Stompie this morning who assisted me with changing my banking details, it is so refreshing to have people who work in a harsh call center invironmnet but are able to keep positive. Stompie handled my call as though i was her first called for the day, she was very sharp, eloquent and sounded interested, she made me feel very comfortable and she seemed to know her product info very well. Though it seems as a change in bank details would be simple or not a difficult query to work but for me, it is really how she handle my query, with such confidence. We ended up joking around and having fun, it was such a pleasure dealing with her.

We should sing praises when they are due, as much as we complian when the is an issue.
