On the 15 of May after i wrote a review on miway and their bad service, i got a call from Keya assuring me that they are dealing with the issue at hand then i told her that we would reach month end and nothing will be done, well i guess i was right. The second call was from miway's partners letting me know that they acknowledged the missing part was thier fault "they stole it" i thought atleast we have progress but the gentleman only asked which city and province i live in? Honestly thats weird because u have to ask the client for address.

So its been two weeks after i spoke to Keya and i havent found any part, i just wounder if for this pathetic service is it because maybe they are actually manufacturing the parts. Well atleast one thing was certain from the last call that Miway and its service providers helped themselves to my car part"stole"

Lesson learned that telepathically they promise resolution but actually its just zilch
