I had a persistant call from a sales person from myway, i told her i wasnt interested i have insurance and she said its just a qoute however i agree on the qoutation she already had all my details just confirming everything to me. She said i must hold for the superviser, the guy took me through the whole qoutation and i still told him, i have insurance but he gave me a better offer and i fell for it under one condition that he calls me on Monday and we first cancel my previous insurance as he suggested that they do help clients on cancelling to avoid double debit.
He never calls me and now i have double debit which i cant dispute on my bank app from different insurances. I am very upset.
