STILL "WAITING" for someone to heed to my cancellation emails!

I sent an email of cancellation via email for my car insurance on 12 September 2017, seeing that I was not getting any response, I then phoned you, relayed my story and I was told a Service Consultant will call me... even now I have been waiting for the call and No One has responded to my email nor the "call me back" requests.

Please act as swiftly as when one is buying the insurance!
