Still waiting for refund

Exactly a week ago I called to change start date, this was done and I was advised my refund would be done and put into a different account after sending a bank statement. This past Tuesday I was told that a manual refund had been requested and that i would receive my refund by Wednesday. The very same day I was told by another agent that I should give it 48 hours meaning that I would get It yesterday. To make sure that there was no confusion I called in to confirm if this is true and was advised that it is. So guess what? Today still no refund. <br> <br> It's not about the money but it's about the principle. When you promise something deliver.<br> <br> Don't call me to explain, please rather send an email.
