Still waiting for my voucher. Is the voucher reward real or a ****??!

For the first time ever, I am utterly disappointed in MiWay Insurance. In February 2023, I referred a colleague of mine to MiWay for a cheaper qoute. He subsequently took out a motor vehicle cover with the latter. He enquired if there would be any sort of incentive for me and the agent answered in the affirmative. This was on louder speaker and I was present during the conversation. After they were done (my colleague and the agent) , I took it upon myself to call and inquire how I must go about claiming the voucher. I was told that I will get the voucher after my colleague has paid his first premium, which he did on 25 March 2023. So I have been calling MiWay to claim the voucher after the payment of the first premium . I am always given the run around and told that an email will be logged with the relevant unit and I will be contacted, this never happens however. I am the one who always calls. Is the voucher reward real or a ****?????
