STILL WAITING FOR MY CLAIM NEARLY 2 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE

I was involved in a car accident on 28/09/2018...the lady that bumped me is a client from Miway. We did and submitted all the necessary doc's&info required to claim. I do not appreciate that I am still waiting even on 7/11/2018... I have a small baby and my mobility is very restricted. Getting hold of Keneilwe Adams has been really difficult as well. when calling Miway (today), Tebogo told me to call again on Monday as Keneilwe Adams is not in and according to the system Keneilwe tried getting hold of the lady that bumped but was unsuccessful...THIS IS TOTAL BULL-DUST...i am always in touch with the lady and when informing her about this she seemed to have no clue about someone from Miway contacting her. I am so frustrated right now...almost 2 months down the line, Miway/Keneilwe not having a decency to let me know what is happening. i would never recommend anyone to join Miway... TERRIBLE SERVICE
