STILL WAITING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I'm writing a complaint about the second time regarding my "new insurer". I complained because since I have sent through an inspection certificate this insurer has yet to send me any response letting me know whether or not all that is required of me is in order. I explained this to the lady that called me for my first complaint and she assured me that after the call she was going to send me a confirmation and even this day I am waiting. what must one do to get help here?
