Still waiting for assistance

<p>Okay so I'm still waiting . It's been almost 3 hours waiting for a simple tyre change . I called around 8am I think I was the first one to call . I was told i would be assisted and was given a 45 minutes ETA . Still waiting. No call. No sms nothing . What if I was stuck on the side of the road , at night , lady alone ?. Would this be the service I'm getting . First time requesting for assistance and this is the terrible service I get ? I think it's time I reconsider and check other insurances . </p>
