Still waiting for a call from Miway Consultants

Miway is a great insurance company; however I have been waiting for them to call me regarding a clause in my insurance that I don’t agree with. This is bad because should something happen to my car and cellphone I won’t be covered. A contract is a binding document thus everything in it should be correct.
