Still waiting????????

<p>After many attempts I have still not received my Mirewards that should have been paid in December. You say all of your calls are recorded the please go and listen to them. Two people on two different occations have confirmed with me that I will receive my pay back rewards. I cancelled my policy for 14/12/2016. The two employees who confirmed that I will receive my payout was well aware of this and still confirmed. After logging a request on your system someone Eventually phoned me back and she then informed me that I will not receive the payout due to you only receiving a prorated amount for December seeing that the policy ended 14/12/2016. I indicated to her that that was not what was agreed upon and she informed me that management will contact me because this is not possible even though two employees on record confirmed that I will receive it. This once again was on 06/01/2017 and still no one phoned????? I was with Miway for a very long time!!!</p>
