STILL NOTHING

ISSUE 1:<br> I joined MiWay over a year ago and upon joining I received a magazine subcription, which was said to start 8 months after joining. <br> 12+ months later, STILL NOTHING! Kindly start sending the magazine I subscribed for.<br> <br> I got two calls, one form Craig L and forgot the second name. Seemed very bogus because<br> <br> 1. The magazine which I had selected was apparently House and Home which is wrong because I am in fashion. I would never choose a House magazine, so I chose Elle.<br> <br> 2. I was told my magazines would come on 1 April 2016 but when I asked for my address, he didn't know it - so where were these magazines going to be delivered to?<br> <br> 3. The systems was supposedly 'down' and he said he would call back to confirm. He called.<br> <br> 4. I asked for proof of the call and that the magazine would come via email - NOTHING.<br> <br> A question to MIWAY: Why promise things that You really don't have to, and on top of it, NOT deliver? What is the point? Nobody asked for magazine, but if you offer, there's no way I'm turning them down. Well now I'm here to collect.<br> <br>
