Still no word from Miway regarding my claim

I have been waiting for feedback from Miway since last week already, i left messages for them to call me back because i have a claim (first claims experience) i phoned 10 times, they dont reply to your emails nor do they call you back, they only sent me an sms with the panelbeaters details. When i send an email asking them what to do as this is my 1st claim no responds sent from Miway side. . a simple we are busy with your claims request would have been appreciated... Miway likes to keep me in the Dark. Today i called Miway to find out what is happening, they told me it can take upto 72 hours they dont even apologize nothing. <br> <br> Thank you for everything Miway, i pay you every month never missed a payment in 3 years and now this is how you treat a client. <br> <br> I think i would be better off with no insurance at all... Your service is pathetic <br> <br> I would like to know what is going on with my claim TODAY!!!
