Still no reply

Still no reply from Miway or Cresta Motor Lab. Can Someone please attend to me as a customer. Miway is full of **** I tell you Chris Du Plessi said I must contact him with regards to my problem but his phone is always unanswered whenever I call it. Miway is useless as an organisation and I regret being with them as my insurance company. As soon as I get time I need to cancel this policy coz clearly they do not care enough to assist me when ever I need help.
