still no feedback since Saturday

Hi <br> <br> i have an existing policy with miway, on Saturday i asked foe policy review , i was told the manager will get back to me , today is Tuesday i have not heard from miway, i have been a loyal customer since 2012 . when you need to take insurance they call back within a minute now that its about me saving money , they don't care <br> <br> i think its time i take my service somewhere else <br> <br>
