Still don't know damages on my car after 3 weeks.

Hi thanks they got back to me..Today is the third week and i still don\t know what the damages on my car is.James May is the new person handling thing.I was told i would know the damages end of tuesday .Thursday today and i have no idea.He also asked me for my time sheets at work,and to mail them to himI did it yesterday and havent heard anything..I thing 3 weeks is much too long and why do you need my time sheets in anyway?? Does it matter where i was driving from?And why can i not get hold of James?"
